Possible Support Delays Due to Hurricane Helene

Due to hurricane Helene hitting the 3 states in which support is located in: Florida, Georgia and Tennessee.There may be delays responding to tickets due to power outages. Any power outages will NOT affect any data centers, since they are in storm rated facilities with battery and generator backups.
