If you access ANY Starburst Services server or Network to ‘scan’, ‘port scan’, ‘vulnerability’, ‘test’, ‘monitor’, ‘hack’, etc. or otherwise try to access without permission, you agree to be billed, along with agreeing to have your upstream billed with your permission under their terms at the following fee schedule:
- Cyber Security SysOp Labor of US$300.00/Hour With A 1 Hour Minimum Per Incident
- Each Incident Is Billed On It’s Own Invoice For Tracking Purposes
